Where do you ship your products?

At this time, we’re only able to ship to customers within Canada, United States and South Africa. However, we hope to offer eliqsur products internationally in the future and will keep our community updated!

How much does shipping cost?

Our South African nationwide flat shipping rate is R99. All orders over R450 ship free! 

Local shipping rates can be found on the website before checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

There is a 1-2 business day processing window for all orders. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (1-5 business days). Please note we only ship on weekdays.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We generally only offer standard shipping. If you need your product urgently, please email hello@eliqsur.co before you place your order and we can chat through your options!

How can I check the status of my order?

We send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships, so you can follow the delivery right to your doorstep!  If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us at hello@eliqsur.co

I want to cancel or edit my order.

Due to the processing time of orders, we cannot guarantee an order can be edited once placed. Email hello@eliqsur.co and we’ll do our best!

My order was damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to hello@eliqsur.co with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address and we can process a replacement order for you. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 working days of lodging the complaint.
