Return & Refund Policy

i. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging.
ii. Returns and exchanges must be sent to our physical address (provided below) within 7 days of delivery at your own expense.

iv. Please include a copy of your receipt and your reason for returning the product(s).
v. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
vi. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
vii. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment
viii. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the
bank for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

x. If you receive defective or damaged products, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged.
xi. If you receive the wrong item, you can contact us at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue further.
xii. If you were sent the wrong item, we will collect the item from you at no charge. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging.
xiii. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
xiv. Some products sold on the website contain active ingredients and some of these products can cause a mild irritation of the skin upon initial use thereof. We thus recommend using these products not more than two times per week initially and then gradually increasing to desired use. If you have developed a more severe reaction to any of these products supplied by us, please contact us on [email protected]. We will endeavor to resolve any adverse reactions. Refunds on products causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis.
xv. Products eligible for returns or exchanges must have been purchased directly from us. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
xvi. Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
xvii. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products. On products where
tamper seals are present, these tamper seals must be intact and not broken or
damaged in any way.
xviii. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
xix. Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
xx. To exchange a product, return the product you have (as per the return procedure)
and place a new order.

xxi. For any returns we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
