eliqsur was founded after a need for high end, quality products that harness the power of botanical extracts combined with advanced biotechnology. Each product was designed to provide a complete solution, simplifying skin care, allowing people to love looking after their skin.

Patented Skincare Solutions

Our products are developed using patented biotechnology. We’ve developed unique, botanical extracts of centella asiatica (cica) made with patented extraction methods as well as vegan, plastic-free microspheres that allows superior absorption of actives. These patented skin care solutions are in every eliqsur product.

Meet the Founder

The founder is a pharmacist who excelled in her career as a pharmacist inspecting facilities for compliance at the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority. She then moved to working as the Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs in the complementary medicine manufacturing industry due to her passion for natural medicine. Her background and passion for the earth allows each product to be formulated with patented biotechnology and the best that nature has to offer. These credentials showcase the quality and standards that inspire eliqsur’s product line.

Product Development

Once an idea is conceptualised, we conduct thorough research before formulating and developing the final product. Each product is then analytically and microbially tested to determine whether certain specifications have been met. After this, all products go through Stability Studies to ensure that our high standards and safety regulations are met. Our products are developed using patented biotechnology. We’ve developed a unique, botanical extract made with patented extraction methods as well as vegan, plastic-free microspheres that allows superior absorption of actives.

Environment

Our high quality products are only manufactured in ISO certified clean rooms, ensuring the highest international standards. All products are manufactured by a pharmacist according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Each batch is laboratory tested by the quality control department to determine whether it is within specifications. Lastly, the final product undergoes an approval process from the Quality Assurance department before being sold.
 

PETA Certified Vegan

We are vegan certificated through PETA. This means that our products and formulations are free from ingredients of animal origin. This also includes those not present in the final product, but potentially utilized during production.

PETA Certified Cruelty Free

No animal testing occurs throughout any stage of our process. We also do not source ingredients that are tested on animals, nor do we sell to countries that requires animal testing as a condition of importing. Our supply chain is 100 % cruelty free

ISO 22716 Certified

Our products are manufactured in a facility that is ISO 22716 (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified. This is the EU standard for cosmetics, ensuring quality along every step of the way.
